Naihati New Life Society is committed to promoting the economic empowerment and social inclusion of women by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities through skill development and entrepreneurship. During the financial year 2025–26, the Society continued to implement the Swawlamban Programme, under which women from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds received structured training in tailoring and cutting. The programme enabled participants to acquire practical vocational skills, encouraging self-employment, financial independence, and sustainable income generation.
Beyond vocational training, the initiative focused on building self-confidence, leadership, decision-making ability, and entrepreneurial skills, empowering women to become active contributors to their families and communities. Through this programme, the Society continues to support the long-term economic rehabilitation of marginalized women and promote gender equality by fostering self-reliance and dignified livelihood opportunities at the grassroots level.
When a woman becomes financially independent, she not only transforms her own life but also uplifts her family and strengthens her community. Through skill development and livelihood opportunities, we aim to help vulnerable women become confident, self-reliant, and economically empowered.
Your support can provide vocational training, sewing machines, learning materials, and entrepreneurship opportunities for women who aspire to build a better future. Join hands with us in empowering women with skills, dignity, and hope. Donate today and help create sustainable livelihoods for those who need them most.
